Our Story

We built this place around one belief: food this good doesn't need to be complicated.

1100 Washington Plaza opened its doors on Washington Avenue with a simple premise — bake bread the way it should be baked, source ingredients with care, and treat every customer like they're stopping by a neighbor's kitchen.

Our sourdough starts with a starter that's been fed daily for years. Our pastries are folded by hand each morning. The cheeses, charcuterie, and pantry staples on our shelves come from producers we know by name. Nothing here is rushed, and nothing here is an afterthought.
